RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, you have 10 days to exchange or return your order for store credit. All products must be in the same condition in which you received it. Used product or opened product may not be returned. Please email info@merakihairextensions.com with your full name, phone number, and product ordered. We will email you a return/exchange form to be mailed back with your package. Once your order has been received we will review the order and either send out the exchanged order or issue you a store credit. If the product has been used and is not in the original mailing condition we will send the product back to you at your expense. Meraki Hair Extensions is not responsible for any shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will be charged at the time of the return. 

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES OR IN STORE CREDIT.

SHIPPING 

NEW ORDERS:  ONCE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. ALL SHIPPING IS DONE THROUGH USPS. WE SHIP DAILY MON-FRIDAY.
